FlatOut 2 Language Tool Download

Thanks to Shadow still having this program on his hard drive, I'm able to upload Flatout 2 Language Tool by Burs. Here some of the readme:

This program is used for changing language files from the Flatout 2 game. If you want to translate the game to your own (unsupported) language or if you're modding the game and need to change some strings, this tool is for you.

In testing, when I browse to the unpack \data\language folder to open language0.dat, I got " This file doesn't appear to be a Flatout 2 language file. " message. I click OK anyway and language file loads.
