Hi all, I have just installed the Fov3 Mod on FlatOut 1. When The game starts I see an image, before the main menu, where there are lots of strange cars (trucks, buggies...), which there weren't in the original game. So I think that I will find new cars, but unfortunately when I try a race, i don't see new cars Sad. So i suppose that these cars, showed in the image before the main menu, are downloadable in other sites. Could you tell me if it is possible to download or to have these cars? Thank you

Ps. I am italian so don't worry if I don't speak English very well

Hi zalby88.There are custom cars here: http://flatoutjoint.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=27&func=select&id=6  if you haven't found them yet.  Grin

The site crashed recently and not all of the previous cars are there hopefully they will be reuploaded.

To install the cars you can read this thread: http://flatoutjoint.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=134.msg1582#new  and you should be in business.

Ok, thank you, but I don't know how to use Bfs Unpacker , in fact I can't understand the file readme.txt (it is written in German and I don't speak German). Can someone teach me how to use Bfs Unpacker with FlatOut1?

----- bfsunpack.exe by Karok ------

Instructions for adding Mods to Flatout

Extract bfsunpack to your flatout game directory

drag and drop "common1.bfs" on top of bfsunpack.exe

drag and drop "common2.bfs" on top of bfsunpack.exe

drag and drop "europe.bfs" on top of bfsunpack.exe

these files will open your command prompt screen and take several minutes to unpack

this will unpack the files to (for Win xp) C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\data

move the data folder to your flatout game directory

delete or move the "filesystem.ini" file, from your flatout directory

you are now ready for any and all mods

ie. new car skins

FOV3 ONLY works packed. As the bfs files are locked! This was nessacery to keep the anti cheat secure.

It is always better to run a packed game, unless your planning on moding it. Adding mods/cars is much easier to add and take out if the game is packed.

Lol there was a guy asking how the unpacker worked so i post the readme, i did the unpacking thing with the MCO-mod and the game is still not fine working.

So i leave FO2 packed if thats possible.
