Please tell me it not true, there no Hunter\Prey derby online with UC?

Here a repost of post I just did over at Empire Flatout 2 forum, I don't want to believe BugBear would do this:

Please tell me it not true, there no Hunter\Prey derby online with UC?

I was talking to my friend De_Stan ( has Euro version ) and ask if he started an online host of Ultimate Carnage, is there an option to host a Hunter\Prey derby and he told me he could not find it and had not seen anybody host one.

GulBroz was able to unlock Hunter\Prey derby mode in the Community Mod we did for Flatout 2 and we had great fun with it online expect for the bug if someone drop or left before derby was finish, TAG would not close and return us to the lobby. We would have to close our game and restart it.

I've ask at Flatout Joint if anybody seen this mode online and I've Google for it and have not found any posts about it for PC version, but have found it mention in reviews of the Xbox 360 version:

So Fred or anybody that got the Xbox 360 or the PC version, can you please confirm that there is a Hunter Derby mode online or tell me the bad news that Hunter Derby got drop from Ultimate Carnage?

I hope this is not true, without 12 players online and now maybe no TAG mode for online play, I don't see much reason to buy UC just for the Eye Candy. I don't have much interest in the offline play, online racing where the real fun is!!

Sorry purple after we talked last night i asked couple of guys in the chat i was racing with if there's a TAG mode and the answer i got was "A what?". So i dont think there's TAG mode. At least for the PC version to be honest because one time i entered a lobby and there was a guy and he said "TAG" but it was a simple race. And i never met anyone online who was playing from XBOX. One said you have to have Live Gold to do that...

Is there any confirmation whatsoever that Xbox players can compete online with pc-users? I never met an X-Box player online in FOUC...

I know its a little bit long form last reply, but i think this is right thread.

Can you explain Hunter, Prey (TAG) derby in FO2 to me?
I didn't get it fully, but it seems fun, i just dont know fully whats going on, so the scores table at the end loks like randomized for me

This a great mode, but had some issues online getting back to the lobby sometimes. I wish this mode would mode it into UC.

This is my understand how Tag\Hunter-Prey mode works. When you are a Hunter, game track your time. When you become prey, the timer stops counting. When time runs out for the session, the player with the least amount of time as Hunter, wins the around.

Yea, I just played it online with stock FO2 (with yours script) abd it seem like player with less Hunter time wins!
