Was checking the archive for a cops & robber pic and ended up going down memory lane reading our thread on testing FOv3 mod for Flatout 1. If you want to see how much work involved in getting a final version of a mod done, give this thread a read:

Way back in 2006, there was a server hard drive failure and service provider did not have a good back of the HD, so we lost all our Flatout 1 forums and some Flatout 2 forums. But we did find a web site that had been archiving Flatout Joint. So some our forums from back in 2006 can still be read here:

Thanks for the memories Purple44. Those were some good times. Too bad the server crashed. With the faster download speeds it is quicker to download the FOV3 Gold Edition instead. I hope more people still enjoy the FOV3 mod.  Grin

I atleast STILL enjoy FOV3 very much. Read this: One of the posts had the sponsor ads without the checkered back but it wasnt downloadable trought wayback. So could someone please recreate them for us? Maybe you Purple or Heddly? Pls.
