I gave wikiupload.com a try, I got 271 kbps when I downloaded a file.
But the site seem to be new and has issues. You have to search for a file with limited options and only get to pick one of the options to use, can't use them together. Seeing multiple links that are the same link.
When registering, for country you can only select Zimbabwe!

maybe it is just starting out and they are still adding content? Seeing that many entries of zimbabwe, it is probably just a filler to get everything working, and then they will fill in the rest after

Was talking with Shadow last night and he had better idea. Instead of trying to find a time all 5 testers could get together online, just have each tester test 9 of the new cars offline.
Like one tester test all five skins on cars 82-90.

Well carpack1 compiled into one .bfs weighing in at 516 meg roughly using gulbroz's 1.3 smartpacker. If it were not for gulbroz, the pack would weigh in at 1.01 gig lol with the 1.2 packer.Comes with the beta gto by ogretoe and of course the menucar icons updated with the nascar truck that somehow i missed
so no need to have menucaricons entry in patch file.Gulbroz also sent a "car name mod" which rocks.Now as you scroll thru the cars, the car names appear instead of car 46, car 47 etc. So all the name files are in the pack, only we need to update custom car mod for the scripts to work the car names, or have name mod.bfs included with carpack1 rar to add into patch file. Packed with winrar is roughly 310 meg. Still need to pack with 7zip and note the difference

Ok , lol 7zip wins, compressed the bfs into 256 meg. Thats a good 60 meg difference, so everyone will need 7zip which is found here :

About a half hour more I'll have the carpack from Shadow, then I'll be able to upload file for you testers to download.
Shadow has already started testing the 45 custom cars with skin #1. I'll will start testing skin #2, Heddly you take skin #3.
That mean we need two more testers, one to test the 45 custom cars with skin #4 and another tester to test the 45 custom cars with skin #5 and has the time to do this testing and be done sometime tomorrow ( Thursday ).
So if you want to help test, post a reply.
If all goes well, I get to type the readme
and put the carpack #1 in the download section sometime Friday.

All skin#1's work, All menu car skins 1-5 work . I think my part is done
All the car names appear, sorry the car name's mod not included , well the files needed by mod are in the car folders but you need the name mod which will be in final carpack after testing.All car icons are in the carpack, so no need to have car icons entry in patch file. Enjoy testing guys

I almost got skin #2 done. Did not see car_46, so now will have to use different profile to see all 45 cars. So remember to use a new profile that unlocks all cars.

And it looks like you have to register and login to download files.

You may get this message if you have popups block ( pic 1 ). I had to allow popup for download window to show. Did not run into this problem testing download at Fileshack main page.

Looks like it taking me about 1 1/2 hours to check skin #2. I use FO 2 track pack and use the Drag Strip ( it just 1 lap ) and race track twice just to make sure skin did not hang the game.

reading the posts, I guess you guys haven't run into any problems, but I got the error "cannot find body.tga" when I viewed the menu car for car_48. No crash when i viewed car_46 and car_47.
There are also no car icons
here's what my patch file looks like:

edit: same error with car_86
edit 2: also, all the vehicles seem to be using the tires and driver loc for car_01 (chilli) ....see pic
